Helen the Florist Back

Helen grew up on the Helford where he grandfather was head gardener of Bosloe, a country house now owned by the National Trust. Helens grandfather had a great love of flowers which he passed on to Helen. After leaving school, Helen trained to become a florist working for Jackie Phillips in her flower shop in Falmouth.  In her mid-twenties, Helen took time out to have her family before branching out to work on her own. She spent several years working closely with former Roseland florist Barbara Hall, and Susan Thomas, head florist at St Just in Roseland Church. In 2007 Helen purchased Trebilcocks Flowers, a wholesale flower business based near Truro that suppliers top hotels, florists, churches and the general public. Helen has spent the last 8 years building up the business and now has a team of experienced florists who work with her providing flowers for every occasion including a wedding service and bouquets. They also offer seasonal flower workshops.
