Steve Rudd Chef/Tutor Back

Steve developed a passion for cooking after moving to Cornwall and was inspired by the fantastic produce that was available. After training to become a chef, Steve honed his skills working at Rick Stein’s in Padstow as well as spending time working in the kitchens of some of the top hotels and restaurants in the region. Currently a college lecturer at one of the top catering colleges in the south west, Steve’s real passion is passing on the skills and knowledge he has learnt.He takes a lot of pride in teaching trainee chefs the classic cookery skills mixed with the modern and contemporary skill set required in today’s top kitchens. Meeting people gives Steve a real buzz, he looks forward to seeing you at Philleigh Way soon!
