Philleigh Way is the only purpose built cookery school in Cornwall that offers a wide range of different courses. Located on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula near Truro, we offer exceptional cookery courses that give our students a true taste of Cornwall. From bread baking to shellfish to butchery, Cornish pasty making and more.

Philleigh Way Cookery School is rustic in styling and fitted with 10 state of the art workstations and comes supplied with NEFF ovens and award winning Signature chef’s knives from Robert Welch.
