Enjoy a patisserie masterclass with Emma Adams, owner and creator of Casa Coacoa
Learn basics and fundamentals of patisserie during this intimate small group class. Looking at the most refined element of the culinary disciplines. The course will cover a variety of skills including macrons, pastry, fillings, choux and anything sweet.
Emma will guide you through some of the tricks and tips to creating wonderful patisserie, but more importantly demystifying the daunting prospect of it!
If you or your family has a sweet tooth, this course is a must….. they will be glad to see you home after this course!

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee.
The Day: It’s a day for the taste buds with many hands on demonstrations and tastings. Covering all things patisserie and all the basics and skills required. All equipment is provided and a delicious Philleigh Way lunch.
