DESCRIPTION:The Portuguese love lunch – who doesn’t?!!  Join us on this exciting course to really delve into Portuguese cuisine and learn about the traditional fare enjoyed by millions around the globe! \n\n\n\nWe will take you on a journey of discovery into the capital city of Lisbon and show you how to make the most of your lunchtime break with friends and family and of course accompanied by a delicious glass of wine – after all Portugal has some of the oldest wine growing regions in the world! \n\n\n\nYou will be welcomed with a traditional port aperitif along with olives and peri peri cashews before embarking on this culinary course. \n\n\n\nDuration: 10:00am – 2:00pm \n\n\n\nTutors: Head Tutor – Rupert Cooper \n\n\n\nMaximum student to tutor ratio: 8-1 \n\n\n\nWelcome: Meet your tutors and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden.
