DESCRIPTION:This course opens up a world of possibilities on your barbecue\, grill or local beach. As well as covering key skills such as lighting and temperature control\, you’ll be learning how to cook killer meals on fire! \n\n\n\nSuitable for those who want to learn to cook food other than the standard barbecue fare\, our woodfire course shows how to use a “lid-on” barbecue technique to grill\, roast\, smoke and bake!
