Our new advanced fish cookery course is aimed at those looking to take their fish cookery to the next level. The course is run by Ben Tunnicliffe who held a Michelin Star for five consecutive years at The Abbey Restaurant, Penzance. Ben will teach you how to cook with species which you may not regularly use at home, such as ray and monkfish.  The course will cover advanced fish cookery techniques, flavour combinations, and presentation.
