On this pickling and preserving course, specialist tutor Sarah Marsland of Cornish Meadow Preserves will take you through the skills necessary to produce a wide variety of different pickles and preserves. This is a hands-on course where you will be preparing, cooking and sampling a number of different types of pickles and jams.

The Day: The course includes five demonstrations and five practical sessions. All food and drink is provided including a glass of Prosecco mid-morning and wine with lunch.
