An introduction to Thai cookery covering two classic Thai dishes and a fruit carving demonstration.

Student’s will leave with the skills to create fragrant Thai dishes packed full of flavour and texture, and the confidence to continue developing the recipes they have learnt at home.

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a traditional Thai iced tea or, tea and coffee.

The Morning: It’s an action packed morning with three demonstrations and two practical sessions.  All equipment, aprons, food and drink are provided.

Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
