Description
The cinnamon bun was introduced to Europe by the Arabian spice traders in the 15th & 16th Centuries and the oldest recorded recipes date back to the 16th century in Germany. Their popularity spread across the rest of Europe and today are enjoyed throughout Europe, Scandinavia and America.
Although there are various recipes and methods shared throughout different nations, that delicious warm cinnamon flavour is what keeps us wanting more!

The Day:
This short course is focused on perfecting the cinnamon bun, showing you the techniques of making the dough, layering and folding through to adding those final touches and of course the most important element – the right amount of cinnamon to create that delicious unique flavour!
