Taste of Tuscany is a great place to socialise, have a glass of wine and learn something new along the way.
These short evening courses are based all around Italian food values……. simplicity. Whether it’s a wild mushroom pappardelle or pea & mint risotto, you’ll find out that less, really is more.
Enjoy the 3 1/2 hour class with dinner & glass of wine, with plenty of time to hop on the ferry home!

Welcome: Meet Rupert and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden.
The Day: The course includes two demonstrations and two practical sessions, with a 2 course dinner provided, along with a crisp glass of wine (you deserve it!).
