Students learn to make classic dishes including, pasta, pizza, breads, risotto and sauces but using only the finest seasonal Cornish produce. We are pretty sure you wouldn’t find an Italian cooking with foreign ingredients so we apply the same theory. The combination of Italian techniques and Cornish produce will leave your taste buds singing.

Welcome: Meet your tutors and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and tasty Philleigh Way treat.
The Day: The course includes five demonstrations and four practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is provided including a glass of Prosecco mid-morning and wine with lunch.
