Philleigh Way will be hosting the accomplished chef Keith Terry, a cooking extraordinaire and Cornishman through & through. He will be giving a masterclass on bread & baking, taking you through enriched dough’s, techniques and tips.
You’ll receive instruction and tuition on how to make four distinctive types of breads from ciabatta to a white country loaf.
What makes this workshop special is that it gives us the opportunity to share with you some of the secrets and experiences that make Keith such a great chef.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, runs for 6 hours and includes lunch.

The Day: The course includes four demonstrations and four practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is provided including a glass of Prosecco mid-morning and wine with a delicious lunch.
