Rupert is extremely passionate about Italian food and it’s evident in this course, good food comes from loving what you are cooking!
On this full day course, you will learn to make classic Italian dishes including, pasta, pizza, breads, risotto and sauces but using only the finest seasonal Cornish produce.
We are pretty sure you wouldn’t find an Italian cooking with foreign ingredients – so we apply the same theory. The combination of Italian techniques and Cornish produce will leave your taste buds singing.

Welcome: Meet your tutors and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and tasty Philleigh Way treat.
The Day: The course includes five demonstrations and four practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is provided including a glass of wine with lunch.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
