We run day courses, a handful of shorter courses and evening dining demonstration experiences.  We can accommodate up to ten students in the cookery school at any one time.

A cookery course at Philleigh Way is really like no other, yes you’ll learn delicious recipes, useful techniques and eat some of the most amazing food, but it’s really all about immersing yourself in the environment, asking questions and going home with new found confidence.
